Two street-level retail spaces total over 9,300 square feet. Over 20 upper-level office suites. The basement level is 6,400 square feet. All three levels are served by a modern elevator.
Interior walls have been added to create additional upper-level office spaces, complete with matching trim, doors, and glass. No detail was overlooked, and the work was completed by expert local and regional craftspeople.
Centrally located at 6th and Main, shops, restaurants, events and parades are right outside. Year round community events have been taking place in front of the Hugus Building for over 130 years.
Since taking ownership in 1996, the owners have rebuilt the loading dock, installed an elevator and new main staircase, upgraded the boiler, electrical, and lighting fixtures throughout the building. Over a dozen major improvement projects have been accomplished over the last two decades.

Custom cabinetry, shelving, and display cases exist throughout the building, and are part of the rich history of the building. The cabinet pictured was commissioned by the Freemasons who had their lodge in the center second floor suite for many years.
