Designed by prominent Denver Architects, Fisher & Fisher, and built in 1911, the Hugus building has been at the historic center of Meeker, Colorado for over 100 years. Many original fixtures and finishes have been carefully restored and refurbished by the current owners since they took ownership in 1996.
Spread across 3-stories, the building features two large street level commercial spaces that have showcased a variety of operations over the years. The upper level of the historic building has over a dozen office suites of various sizes. The basement level is a vast storage space and wood-shop that could be converted for a variety of commercial real estate uses.
The recent addition of high-speed internet, a full-size elevator, custom central staircase, and modernized utilities have brought this historic building up to modern standards. The Hugus Building is ready to be passed on at near museum-quality, while being a functional centerpiece to one of Colorado's most historic and vibrant small towns.
